Suggestions for a large designer pouch/laptop pouch/document holder :)

I'm looking for something leather with a zip around closure, large enough to fit A4 paper/notepad, preferably with a zipped side pocket to keep a pen/post-it's in, hopefully less than $400. Something similar to the marc jacobs laptop pouch maybe, but leather.

I like the look of this Celine pouch/clutch, but I'm not sure if it would fit an A4 notepad, also don't know how much it costs or if it has any interior side pockets.

I think givenchy and prada make designated "document holders" but I don't know anything else about them, pulled these pics off of google.

Any suggestions?

Hi, LV has some with pen holders and pockets but they are more than $400..
