I don't see how a two year old could possibly appreciate a designer bag.....why not just get her a bag made for a little girl?

My daughter has the mini PA and now carries it as a crossbody since she is going on 9. She was between 2 and 3 years when my husband purchased it. She has no clue of the brand or the monetary value. The only thing she knows is that it is a special gift from her father. Whatever gift you decide on, I’m sure her mother will not give her something of significant dollar value until she is old enough to be responsible with it.
