Stylish backpack for summer outings with the kiddos?

I know..."stylish" and "backpack" are normally mutually exclusive. But I'm going to be hauling 4 kids and their stuff around this summer, and most of them are not old/big enough to carry their own junk.
Anyone have any of the Coach or Dooney & Bourke backpacks? I'd like to spend less than $250, if possible.

I like the option kcf68 offered--love convertible bags!
If the Coach outlet bag doesn't work out--check out Fossil and Vera Bradley for some more backpack options that aren't terribly expensive. Hope you'll find something you love soon!

I just bought a MbMJ backpack for school (I'm a college student). I wasn't feeling backpacks from the North Face & my Jansport one made me look like a high schooler, so that wasn't very appealing. It retails for $178 & is from the Pretty Nylon line, so you know it's durable!

It is a Soriel Bridget at Nordstrom.com. It comes in many different colors. Also, put in convertible backpack in Nordstrom.com and it will show you a variety of backpacks that can be used as a handbag or a backpack.
