My sweet husband gifted me the Papillon BB in sunrise pastel for Mother’s Day this weekend; he was in LV picking up a bottle of cologne when he saw it and said he had to get it for me - so sweet! This bag however, isn’t one that I would’ve picked for myself. I think a lot of that has to do with the colors - to me, they have a youthful feel, and as a mom of two (who will be 34 soon), I certainly don’t feel youthful most days! I also tend to prefer more neutral colors, so this bag is outside of my comfort zone. My husband said that, because I wear a lot of white and black (which is true), he thought this would be a nice pop of color with my outfits.

Does anyone have any photos of this particular bag styled that they’d be willing to share? I’m trying to get inspired/ excited for my new addition, and I’m hoping that some styling inspiration will do the trick. Thank you!

I don’t have the bag but your husband is right. Great bag for summer. And I chuckled because I consider 34 quite youthful. Hopefully others have some fashion inspiration for you.

You are so kind, thank you. My husband told me again last night that he thinks it looks great, despite my apprehension. He’s often right about such things, so I should probably trust his judgment!

How sweet of your husband to gift you this bag, very thoughtful of him :hbeat: I don’t have the papillon but I have some modshots with the PSP in this colorway. Hopefully it gives you some inspiration!

As you can see so far my inspiration is mostly white top with jeans:giggle: but I think it also looks cute with a pink top and jeans, white pants with pastel top. Or any dress in a white or pastel plain color.

I’m not sure to combine with black, not because of the color but I read someone on tPF had color transfer because of dark jeans. So maybe black could cause trouble too.

Oh and I’m almost 27 and for sure don’t feel too old for this bag:giggle: I’m sure you can rock it too! Hope it helps!:flowers:

Aiiii Girl ur figure is perfect

I think the papillon in that colour is lovely - I’ve been wearing mine as my walking bag, so usually a bright coloured tank top and plain black tights. It’s such a comfy and useful little bag. Check out ‘ LuxedwithRO ‘ on you tube, she has a whole vid of how she wears hers.

These are terrific, thank you! It looks great with denim and a neutral top. I especially love the pop of pink in your sneakers that coordinates nicely with the bag; I’ll be on the lookout for something similar.

Great idea about a white dress. I actually just purchased a new one the other day, so I’ll have to try them on together. Thank you again for sharing, you look fantastic!

Thank you so much for the referral! I’m visiting her channel now. My husband actually did mention that I could wear it with black tights, since I frequently end up in those while running my kids to practices and play dates, so I will give that a try. It’s also great to hear that you find it to be comfortable, since I wondered about that as well. I appreciate you sharing. ☺️

Hey what a wonderful gift from your husband!! I don't own the bag but here it's coming to winter and I was wearing a navy sweater and pale denim jeans and thought, DANG I'd love a Sunrise Pastel bag with this outfit one day!  I would add sneakers , studded white or black ankle boots, anything comfortable- I think wearing blue tones with Sunrise Pastel would be a nice contrast! Just an idea for a colder weather outfit. hope that helps!
