Stuff keeps finding me!

I was happy I saw nothing I was dying for in the latest FOS as my wallet needs a Coach-binge break, BUT when I was minding my own business researching something else on eBay, this little gem popped up in the search results (top item, too!)

I already have two different ones: black snowflake print with the terriers in red coats and another that is a plain one with larger terriers that have no coats. I've no idea how many variations there are (I do have a photo of a grey one that I don't have) but I find them irresistible. I even asked the Coach archive guy about them a couple of years ago but he said they really only kept track of the bags, not so much the accessories.

This photo is from the listing. It's shipped already and since it's only a state away I'll have it soon.

I know, right? I felt the same way when I first saw one (found again, by accident, via a saved ebay search looking for the JRT keychains). I've had these about 3 years. I posted to the Authenticate This thread and was told it looked OK (no one seems to have any detailed info on these) and that fake Coach scarves pretty much screamed "fake!". The only one I'll have with the Coach brown label still intact will be the new one.

Here is the grey one that I saw for an ended charity auction in Japan. I've not seen one in person or for sale, but it's on my list.

Thank you for all the pics! Maybe they were never released in the US. It would be just like Coach to think that people in the US don't like dogs.

Hee! Well, they did use JRTs for a lot of ads in the late 90s so they must've thought the US liked dogs. The snowflake version was made in Japan according to the label on the one I just bought.

I started looking around again and found another (noooo!) one on Pinterest. It's grey with the snowflakes. So that's 5 different ones I know of.

The Pinterest link was for an ended eBay auction from years ago. It ended without a sale. Asking price was $499 . I can see why it ended without a sale.

It's here! It's such a deep, lovely blue. The seller sent it wrapped in tissue, in a box, inside a bubble lined Priority Mail envelope, which was impressive. I've emailed them to see if they know anything about the scarves.
