Hi all - I recently purchased the Studio bag in Army Green. I love the color & size but the flap is stiff. I mean, I can open it fine but the flap is not very flexible like a saddle bag or even the Tabby bags. I'm considering customizing with some pins but before I do, I am curious for those who own one & have used it regularly, does it soften with use? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I did. I don't use it very often though. Just prefer others over it. It's in the "to sell" pile to fund recent unexpected purchases

Jumping in late but it seems like a lot of the bags in the style similar to this are stiff. That is why I have a hard time with many of the new bags. I guess I am spoiled by the ones I am used to, like Dinky, etc.
I found that my Studio bag softened over time. I, however, own a coated canvas version as opposed to leather.
