Strap Extenders

Hi everyone, I just bought an Edie top handle and love it but the strap is too short for me to wear cross body. Has anyone ever bought strap extenders or replaced the strap with a different one? It has the black shellac hardware.

I have used chain to lengthen straps before, there's lots of stuff on Amazon. And this site may have something-go to the menu and you can see all of the stuff they have.
