My preloved East West Single Flap bag came with this strap clasp that can be used to shorten the chain.
I have been told stories about the strap clasp malfunctioning if you put too many things inside of your purse the chain drags the clasp open and the two round edges have been known to press itself onto the leather of the chanel bags and caused indentations and even hole marks inside the purse.
Does anyone know about that? Are there good or bad experiences?
