Strange earrings

Hey please help,
I got those earrings as a gift and the part that goes into the ear is twisted, so when I put them in, they show upwards or downwards or sideways. I have no idea who made them so I can't ask, am I missing something? It looks like they're supposed to be like that, looks like they will break if I try to "fix" them.

Just looks like the post was bent, just straighten it out.

Yes, just bend it gently until it is straight. If it breaks, it can easily be fixed by a jeweler.

Looks like the post is bent. It can be straightened out if you do it gently. Or you can take it to a jeweler & they can fix it for you.
