Storing Diorama?

Heya! I couldn’t find past discussions on this so wanted to pose a question.

For those who have a Diorama (WOC or medium size) - how do you store them? Upright or on lying on their backs? I’ve heard storing upright can overtime cause them to sag… is that true?!

Appreciate any thoughts as I love the structure of both sizes and want to maintain it with proper storage.

I have a gold Diorama WOC and have always stored it upright. It’s filed accordion-style in a mesh drawer in my closet with other smaller bags and SLGs. Purchased in 2017 and no issues with sagging. I even store the (heavy) chain strap in its pouch in the bag! First photo is of the SLG drawer; Diorama is the white dust on the far left side, back row. Second photo is of the bag with a pair of Valentino sandals; wore both with a black dress to my niece’s wedding. Note I have since rearranged my closet a bit and spread out my SLGs some, so that drawer is now less crowded, but the bag is still stored this way.

The way you have your SLGs stored is SO satisfying! They look so neat and tidy :blush:
