Store orders come from where?

Hi all...I ordered a bag for the first time from the fp store today. I thought all the bags came from JAX, but the tracking says it was picked up in CA? Does that mean it was from another store? It was supposed to be a back order per JAX...just wondering- TIA :smile:

^^I think so too.
When I bought my Isabelle, there were none in the warehouse so it had to come from another store. I was aware of where mine was coming from though, had to pay over the phone and they had to imprint my card. It seems like if it was coming from another store, they would've given you contact info just in case there was a problem.

Thanks all...just nervous because I always check out bags at the store & usually compare to another to pick best one...is it a pain to exchange if not up to standards?
