PARIS (george V, Saint H, Serves)
MONACO
NICE
ST TROPEZ
CANNES
MILAN

if you go to Hermes.com, they have detail information there about the opening hours (at least I saw it in the France version). Goodluck and happy shopping there

but i cant see monaco opening hrs

you can call each store and ask if you want exact hours
otherwise they are usually open between 10-6 mon-sat, closed on sundays.
nice and cannes stores close during lunchtimes, when i was there a few months ago
