Stolen Ombre Lizard Bearn

Hi ladies - this is super random, but our garage was broken into last night, and my wallet was stolen from my car. (I know, no lectures, please.)

I normally wouldn't post, but this was a special piece to me. If any of you happen to see one listed for sale anywhere, as it is a relatively rare piece and I figure it could be mine, could you please let me know?

@Forever Orange that is a really great idea! Thank you. I'm not sure how much the gentlemen who broke into our garage know about resale sites, but I am honestly hoping it does pop up on one. I'm hopeful the wallet didn't just get dumped on the side of a road once they got the cash and cards out of it..

I'm sorry this happened. I would send out a message on Nextdoor or drive around your neighborhood if possible. A lot of times thieves just remove what is inside of a wallet and toss it in the grass or on the side of the road. They probably didn't realize the value.

Actually, any chance of finding it in a nearby trash can or in a shrub or two along a likely route? I mean, sometimes you can get lucky if the cash/cards are all they want....Good luck with this unpleasantness

We saw an Amex charge at a nearby minute mart, and I would be lying if I told you I wasn't there at 8am with my husband digging through trash cans. I say this to say... you are totally right and I may spend some time driving through our neighbourhood. Thank you for this advice/reminder honestly!!
