I can't seem to make up my mind:amuse: Which bag in white would you suggest?? I've completely changed my mind since my last white bag post!
1. Paddy-assuming I could find it! This would be my first paddy
2. BV hobo
3.Balenciaga city

Whichever of these I don't get in white I'm sure I will eventually get in another color:biggrin: I love them all!!

Hmm... that's quite a list because I love all of them!

1. I did buy the ivory paddy and sent it back. I found the white a little too yellowish for my tastes.

2. I bought the White City. I love it and am definitely keeping it.

3. I am thinking about buying the BV hobo in white. Its leather is remarkably soft and luscious. I was a little taken aback by how large it was, but everytime I go by that bag, I end up having to touch it and pose with it. I think it's a classiest of these three and you will get a long run with it, but it's definitely more grown-up and not as fun as the Paddy or the City.

But if it was a toss-up between the city and the paddy, I would go with the city because I like its color so much more than the paddy's. But some people prefer the yellowish more so than the chalky white, so it's really your tastes that count!

Have you thought about a Chanel white classic flap? I think that would be gorgeous too!

Balenciaga City. I am returning my blue Paddy :sad2: because the shape doesn't work for me, but in white I say the City. Ir the Farrah. Coach has a new white bag that is really cute (and BIG), but a bit pricey for Coach.

I have a cream paddy and I really like it. I don't find it to be too yellow, of course I don't have it with me so now I'm going to go home and stare at it to see how yellow it really is. :weird:

If you're looking for something that's more white that cream I would go with one of your other two choices. I think the BV hobo is such a classic style that you would probably have forever, but the B Bags are just so cute & fun.

Awww... Whatzerface, I didn't mean it that way. I had preordered the ivory paddy from NM and waited for it like 2 months. I kept the NM picture as my desktop because I loved it so much. Then when I got the box and opened it, the color was definitely more creamish with yellow tones than the picture I had been longingly looking at for so long! I was so bummed. If I had expected that color more so, I don't think it would have been an issue. It was just not what I had been expecting.

I'm leaning towards the city at this point-I don't own a balenciaga either and I'm dying for one!!

BalenciagaLove-Yes! I did think about the chanel:love: but I really need something to go with everything. I am ususally in capris,shorts or jeans in the summer and I dress very casual for work.

No worries! I wasn't trying to make you feel bad, I just meant that I don't see it as being that yellow and that I was goign to go home and try to see what you meant. (I hope that makes sense) I was actually happy with the color because it looked really really yellow on the NAP site (which is where I ordered it from) but I wanted the cream color more that any of the others and I saw it else where and it didn't look as yellow so I figured I'd take the chance and it worked out well for me. I'm sorry it didn't work out as well for you.

I hate it when you have a bag built up in your mind a certain way, and then it gets to your house, and it is not at all what you expected. Bummer. Anywho, I have been seriously considering the Havana hobo by Hayden Harnett in white. He has some other cute ones, too. If I get it dirty, I wouldn't feel so bad. Sometimes, I think the photography is deceiving on the white bags, so it is difficult to get a true idea of the look of the bag.

I heard someone post that the HH havana's white looked like it was just a dirty white but it might have been someone postng about someone's post so who knows?? I have the havana in mulberry and I like the color, but I really like the white and yellow one these days! Atleast HH has a good return policy so it might be worth it. If you do get it in white, let me know how you like it.

My vote is for the Balenciaga in white and I'd get a BV in a color that could be used in all four seasons. I have a white Twiggy and I love it. I bought the BV ball bag in hazelnut which I think can be used in all seasons.

Well- I went for the city:biggrin: The first place I called was NM in short hills and they had it and are shipping it to me. I like the paddy but am hung up on the lock-it's just so darn big!! Oh well-in a few weeks I'll be wanting one!! I still plan on getting a BV. I really like it in brown. Yea!! My first balenciaga!:lol:

I like that coach. I saw that in their catalog. If you got that and it got dirty you wouldnt feel as bad as a $1500 bag getting dirty. Plus, if you get the more expensive bag in a diff. color you could wear it year round.
