Stiff leather on Fossil Sasha

I've recently recently gotten into Fossil bags and I'm really loving their leather. I've just purchased a preowned Fossil Sasha and it looks amazing but the leather is super stiff, like you could play drums on it lol. I honestly think it was conditioned with something low quality. Is this what would happen in this case? Does she need a Dawn soak?

I think you should only give it a bath as a last resort. From what I've read, Fossils don't react the same as a coach bag. You could try giving it a wipe down with warm soapy water, then try reconditioning with Leather CPR or something similar. You might get more experienced advice on the Coach rehab forum. Good luck!
