Food Steamed Egg Curd with Truffle in Mini Pumpkin

Ingredients:
Truffle
Gold pumpkin
Eggs
Soybean milk
Salt
Chicken flavor powder

Method:
1. Cut at the top of the pumpkin to make a container and a lid. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Steam the pumpkin container and the lid to 70% cooked.
2. Cut truffle into shreds.
3. Scramble the eggs, add in soybean milk, salt, chicken flavor powder, truffle shreds and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pumpkin, steam until fully cooked. Garnish with some truffle shreds.

I bought the stuffs in Japanese and Chinese supermarkets. Shouldn't be hard to find.
