Stained Balenciaga City

I am getting a first Balenciaga bag, but its second hand.
There's a stain on the back of the bag
Just wondering if its removable?
Ive been researching on these forum
Seems like Applecare from leatherstuff.com is most recommended?

I am meeting the seller in an hour. if I could get some reply?

went to see the real thing. horrid bag..
didn't buy it in the end
looking for a white weekender (gonna be my first luxury bag : )

I wouldn't quite put this bag off as "horrid" but did it look worse irl?

yah it looked better on photograph
the real thing was quite dirty all over
and had yellow stains around the zipper and handle holes area.
wasn't as described. thinking of getting the Argent/Dove grey Weekender from aloha
I don't know yet. there's also a weekender listed on ebay 5 days to ending..

my very first designer bag and im going for balenciaga!!
