Hi All! For those of you who stack love bracelets with a small legers bracelet (now called the d’amour bracelet), does the love get scratched up badly? Previously, an SA had told me that the legers doesn‘t play nice with the love bracelet and will scratch it up but I’ve seen many people who wear those together so I’m wondering if it really is that bad. Also, has anyone had the bracelet sized and was it a simple process through Cartier? The length would be too long and I’d need to have it shortened. Thanks!

I just added the d’amour xs to my stack. It definitely overlaps with my loves. So yea. If you are concerned about scratches, I do not recommend lol. I personally love the scratches and patina so it was not a deterrent for me.

I did get mine sized too. It was a simple process. It took about 3 weeks. I got mine lengthened and it looks perfect. Cannot tell at all it was altered.

Thanks for your input! Maybe I can wear alone or stack with other bracelets then haha.

I say go for it. I’m surprised at how much I am enjoying this bracelet.
I am not usually a diamond kind of person but I wanted a little hint of sparkle so I thought I’d test it out. I actually ordered an inexpensive one from Etsy to test out before getting the Cartier one and I’m glad I did. It actually helped me realize I wanted the xs version since the Etsy size was about the size of the small Cartier version. And it was more diamond than what I was going for. I know, not a common take on this at all LOL.
But I really like the d’amour with my stack. And how sometimes the diamond is hidden behind the loves, sometimes it’s peeking through the juc. It’s always different and interesting and gives me a good peekaboo moment of sparkle.

Love to hear that! I’m interested in this bracelet because of the chain. I have a c de Cartier necklace and absolutely love the chain and how sparkly it is. I believe the chain is the same on the d’amour bracelet.

That is very interesting that it scratches the Love. I have a small d'amour and a regular love that I never take off and haven't noticed any scratches on the love. Well there are scratches, but not from the chain bracelet that I've noticed. Maybe because it's the smallest d'amour and the chain is small. It does get tangled up with the Juc, but like someone said, it's kind of nice to have a peek a boo bracelet when it's moving around and hiding behind the others.

I wear it on the smallest size so the end dangles and it's really pretty. So pretty and sparkly, I have caught my parrot chewing on it when I'm not paying attention, so now I keep it covered when the little dinosaur is out. Thankfully his beak didn't do any damage to it.

Is your d’amour a snug fit? I‘m assuming if there is less movement then there might be less rubbing and scratching of the bracelets haha. I’ve heard that some people also find scratches on the inside of the love bracelet.

Mine is a somewhat loose fit. And it’s on the first loop so I have the dangling charm. And I think the charm rubs against the move leaving tiny scratches. Or the chain will wrap over top one love bracelet and under another. Which I’m sure is also leaving tiny scratches. But again I like the scratches and patina look.

Same here, wear it on the first loop. Still haven't noticed much in the way of scratches even with the dangling charm. I wear a watch, so my bracelets are on my dominant hand. You'd think the Love would be a mess, but it looks better than some of the photos of folks who have had theirs for only a few weeks. When I do see a deep scratch I just shrug it off. It is what it is.

Do you have photos wearing your d’amour bracelet?
