I have 2 YSL tributes and I'm having the same issue on my left heel. It squeaks when I walk on smooth floors. Any idea how to get rid of the noise? It's a bit annoying 😣

Mine did the same thing. I found that for me it was because the heel slips around very slightly before it finally grips the floor. I had more "grippy" heel taps put on and it helped.

I have this issue too with my tributes :) after scouring the Internet, some common advice was they are new (true, but doesn't help) and some mention of a silicone spray product (don't know if I want to use that on tributes - maybe try first on inexpensive shoes. I did find that putting a dr. Scholls silicone arch support helped with squeaking in other shoes and didn't take up too much room. This worked with my tribute pumps but I haven't tried yet with my tribute sandals as I am not sure how to keep it in place.

Hope someone comes up with a solution.:)

P.s. according to Ehow (on google) new leather can squeak until it molds to your foot, but also suggest squeaking can occur if two materials rub against each other and suggest rubbing a bit of candle wax. Also liquid silicone spray (am not sure what this is). Also Ehow says make sure your feet are dry. . . Am still not sure why I only squeak on marble foyers and not other surfaces though.

Instead of candle wax, I am going to try band aid blister block stick if I can pinpoint where my squeak is coming from. . .
