squaretrade cancellation

Hey guys,

I signed up for a squaretrade about a year ago. I forgot that I had it and it's been charging me ever since

I want to cancel it but I have no idea how. I've been looking for contact info but nothing has come up.

This could be something that's just under my nose but I can't figure out.
