Square trade help, please.

If someone files a complaint with square trade, is there a fee for the person to respond? Or only for the person filing the complaint?

No fee until you request for a mediator and another party agree to use mediator. IF you're the one who open the case there, mediator fees ( $29.9 ) will be charged to your cc.

Thanks for your response. So, just to clarify, do both parties have to pay a mediator fee, or just the person initiating the complaint?
