Congratulations gigisunsetblue!! I too was intimidated by H stores and bought all my bags online (mostly vintage). However, everyone I've encountered to date at H Madison, Greenwich and FSH (with the exception of a 1-2 SA's at Madison) has been lovely.

I got to try on different things and learn about leathers and colors....I am glad to hear that you had positive experience as well!
