Hi!

What are your thoughts (or experience) of using bags when you have used self tanning lotion/got a spray tan?

I would assume that light coloured bags could get really bad color transfer, as those kind of lotions/sprays seem to get stuck on everything even if you shower five times after putting it on, but how about black leather bags? Could they get any discolourations, or other problems?

It really depends on the kind of material your bag is made of. Tanning lotion is designed to stain your skin, thus it will work just as well to stain porous leather - to be honest any kind of lotion would be absorbed into the leather and it will be permanently stained. If the leather however has a slippery plasticy top coat on it, you could be able to wipe it off.
