Spots on Vachetta leather??

Hi,
I recently got a new purse from a luxury consignment store. It’s in great shape, however, there are spots all over the tan leather. Does anyone know what could have caused this and how to remove them?

Looks like rain or grease splatter. You will not be able to remove them. Sorry to say.

Or, I guess I should say, the only way to remove them is to replace the vachetta.

It doesn't look like water to me, did you notice this before purchasing?

Now my comments--I have 3 LV pre-loved bags from consignment sites. Any water spots have just blended in over time, this kind of thing doesn't bother me. What I am always looking for is tears or cracks in the mono canvas--that is the kiss of death for me. That large vachetta area is going to be hard to keep pristine, imo, so if you can't live with those spots and future spots on that area, you should return.

Someone on another thread said the sun help with mold stains but don't quote me on that. Maybe do a search for mold stains
