Due to recent professional developments I will have to commute between Vienna and London on a weekly basis, flying in on one day, flying out the next.
And my favourite cheap airline has just introduced a new passenger class called „Value“: you are not allowed the usual carry-on luggage, but only a small bag (40cm x 25cm X 20cm). But hey, flights from Vienna to London are EUR 5,- only!

What a coincidence that Speedy40 B comes with 40cm x 25cm X 19cm! That should do for all the basics for a 36-h-visit to London!
Oh, and i am getting it in My LV Heritage:B104532A-FE8F-463C-899F-E9EF93B4164E.jpegD38E9F75-354E-485C-AA0C-253C8DC5F944.jpeg35EE819B-097C-4F77-96D9-269CAD3240E9.jpeg

I am sure I will. My Keepall45 is too big for that passenger category, so I obviously need something that matches their luggage regulations. Happy for a good excuse.
Thinking about adding a mini pochette to the outside for easy access to much needed stuff. Hope the hook of the pochette fits through the loops of the handles.C3AFB53E-1996-4A18-A0C8-A94964D9BCC4.jpegF142B4CD-BB3C-4F98-9CE7-E56BC157201A.jpeg

Great bag, great choice, great size.

I hate these cheap 3D renders though. They are a multibillion € company. They literally have the resources to give us Pixar level proper images. These photos don't do justice for the lining. It is meh, but in reality fuchsia is amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes. It is beautiful.

Yay! I was looking at the Speedy B 40 for traveling as well. I know a lot of people use the Neverfull but I prefer bags with zippers. I’ve been waiting for it to become available online and just recently saw that it’s no longer on the website (the non-Heritage one). So I started checking the pre-loved market and was able to get in the DE print. Which is my fav one! :)

Yes, Speedy40 is not in general production anymore. LV produces them only as Speedy40 Bandoulière, and they are only available via the My LV Heritage program.
I tried the Speedy35 instead, but I can't fit my MacBook Air into it, the opening with is too narrow. So it has to be the Speedy40. And as I want to use it specifically for these overnight work trips to London, I hope it will be big enough to hold all the stuff I need, which is not too much - underwear, socks, shirt, maybe a spare pair of trousers, toiletry bag, laptop, carhier Ulysse, one or two books, wallet, charger.
Maybe it will even become my new every day bag. It should be spacious enough to be used as a gym bag, too.
