Hi everyone,
I've searched and searched existing threads but can't find any mod shots of the Speedy 25 b DE with the pink braided strap pictured below. Does anyone have photos wearing this bag? I am contemplating the bag but the non-adjustable strap is holding me back. I'm 5'3 and wondering if it would be too long on me and bang around my legs while walking.
Also, if you have any comments/thoughts on the wear and tear of the braided handle, that would be great. Hoping to use it as a daily/baby-toddler bag. Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
Currently I know of only one other fellow tpf who had posted pictures of this bag, other than me. I recall it was her sister’s, if I did not remember wrongly.

I am 5’ and the strap and bag setup hits me at around hips when crossbody. It’s length is acceptable for me and I love the details on the strap.

I’m always a little worried about it snag but actually the leather is tightly woven around the strap, not loose kind. I cannot comment about suitability with a toddler because I use it mainly for myself but to store a few extra toddler stuff here and there is no issue, like for a short trip (few hours kind).

I will take a mod shot for you to have a better idea how it will land on the body. It should not be overly long for you.

Hi @Jumper, Thanks so much for your reply! Sounds like a good position for crossbody. I like it when crossbody bags fall around the hip or just higher. I find it much more comfortable. And yes, I'm hoping for a bag that will allow me to throw in a spare nappy, little packet of wipes, toddler drink bottle and a few other bits. It'll mostly be for when I'm out for a couple of hours at the shopping mall, zoo, etc. If I were staying somewhere the whole day, I'd pack a proper bag for baby things.

Would love to see a photo of you with the bag when you get a chance. It's been super tricky to find photos of people wearing/styling it. Thanks again!

I managed to take some unglam photos in pyjamas. Just for your reference but I think it’s easier for you to see where it hits the body on a 5’ height. I have it in crossbody and side sling in case you see where it hits. I like that the zipper is some where waist-ish level. Shoulder sling might be a little long for my preference but since you are taller than me, it might suit you better too.

Sorry my body shape isn’t that glam too. I need to start exercising.
