I’m looking to purchase my a speedy b25 in DE. I have an option to purchase a pre-loved one.
(2018-Made in France, not sure how important this is) That would save me $250. This would be my 2nd lv purchase, but also my first because I ended up selling my first shortly after.
when buying preowned, how much should I expect to save? And is it worth it? Please help! Thank you all in advance! -Keychain not included.

I would buy it from LV directly - the $250 difference isn't enough to run the risk of buying a fake, and you have the bonus of being in the LV system as the original buyer if there is ever any issue with the bag where you need to bring it in for repair, replacement, etc.

I will buy from LV store. Now there are so many fakes floating around. It’s just scared me, unless you know the seller and 100% confirmed the bag is authentic.
One thing you need to consider is the after sales service from LV, for just incase you need to change something or repair etc.. I am not sure if they will give their service if you are not inside their data base. Good luck on deciding..

I love buying preloved anything, but $250 isn't a large enough savings. In this case I'd get it new from the store. You'll have your own LV warranty/guarantee, too, and never have doubts about your bag or concerns over needing repairs.

You could also save $250 if you bought it brand new in Europe

Is the charm included? Are you including the tax in your $250 savings? If not, that’s at least $100 more saved. Also it’s made in France and many prefer MIF bags.

$250 is not significant enough. Buy brand new or look for a better deal with a receipt.

Mine was a 2015 MIF DE Speedy 25, after a bit of searching I found her in excellent condition (almost brand new), at half the retail price. Comes with the receipt but with the older brown packaging.

For other bags, it might be worth it, but not this one. The resale value is pretty high so I would go brand new.

I agree with the others that the difference is not significant enough and on top of that the aggravations of a misrepresentations are at stake.
