Speedy B Malletage (25) - anyone have it ?

This bag is so pretty. I have been admiring it. And the price is so reasonable, relatively speaking.

So I ordered it to pick up in store. I wasn’t as wowed as I thought I’d be. I returned it. The zipper was catchy (not at all smooth) and the strap doesn’t go long enough for me (I’m 5 10). I was bummed I wanted to love it. Oh well! Onto the next I guess….

I have the black one… Admittedly I had second thoughts because I rejected the first one and the store ordered a new one for me. The next one I ended up with seemed like it didn’t have workmanship issues and I didn’t find any major flaws. I’ve always wanted a different kind of Speedy so this one fit the bill. I prefer the flat malletage pattern over the puffy version, and I love that it has no definitive branding. I do like that the lining is also leather. I wish that the strap was longer but it doesn’t bother me that much. The bag is structured but I’m hoping it softens over time.

is the strap for the malletage version shorter then the empreinte speedy version????? I am really attracted to this version!!!

I think it's the same length as the empreinte speedy strap.

I’m considering the cream with burgundy 20 myself…..love the no logo style and the flat quilts…Although the black is in the bigger size, so maybe that is a bit more versatile?
