Does anyone carry a Speedy 35 as an everyday bag? I’m 5’7” and have a SpeedyB DE 30. The size is okay but I kind of want something bigger. BUT I’m afraid the 35 is too big for every day. I’m so confused!!!!

I'm also eyeing a Speedy 35 mostly to supplement by two NF's - one Mono and one DA. I want an all-weather work bag and I also want to change up the style. Thinking I can use this for air travel as well. I have a Keepall 45 & 55 - but I don't love taking them on a plane - I'd rather stuff a Speedy DE under the seat in front of me than my Keepalls.

That said, I also want to use it for those days when I just want to carry more. I'm 5'9" and from what I can tell from the various threads, Instagram, & YT - I think the 35 will be a sized good bag for my frame. I also intend to add a Samorga organizer so it's not a giant hole. I have one for my NF's and it's a God send - though I pull it out when I need the maximum room.

I'd love to hear others thoughts as well. :flowers:

I used it as a work bag for a few months (classic version) and it holds a ton! My neverfull was being remade so I did switch back but I also use it on the weekends to hold all my kids’ stuff, and for travel. I don’t think it looks too big. I do use an organizer, but not when I travel as it decreases the capacity. I’m 5’5”

It should look great on you!
I really do not think it will be too big for an every day bag!

I think it would a good size! I have a 30 and a 45, 30 sometimes is too small (e.g. for paper stuff) and 45 definetely too big and bulky.

My best friends is about the same size as me (5"2') and rocks a 35 Speedy B on a regular basis - looks great even on her/our size (does not look too big) and she uses it as a small overnight/weekend bag. Plenty of room. I am also pondering of getting one in the future.

I carry a Speedy 35 and love it. It’s practical for me and what I tote around on a daily basis because it’s spacious enough for my essentials.
I find the style simple yet classic and don’t easily tire of it. I purchased this bag in 1999 - no regrets whatsoever since that day.

I remember back in the mid 2000s it seemed like everyone rocked a speedy 35. I specifically remember Jessica Simpson's speedy 35. These days it seems like people prefer the smaller speedy sizes, but I still think 35 is fine for everyday (especially because you are on the taller side).

I love the 35! I think it would be great for an everyday bag.I have the classics in 35 and B in 30. I wish the 30 had a bigger opening like the 35 (impossible, I know lol). And I like how it gets slouchy. I'm 5'6" and it's not too big for me.

I would just go with the size that fits what you want to carry and gives you a bit of extra room. A 35 bag would be insane for me to carry daily. I barely need a 25 for my daily needs. I use a 35 for when I travel. I would hate carrying around a 35 daily for my cell, key fob, cards and AirPods. But for travel my 35 totes an iPad, makeup, chargers. A 35 is only too big if what you're carrying is lost in the bottom and rolling around.

I have a B 25 and am considering a Mon Mono B 30 when life gets back to something resembling normal. The 30 seems big to me; the 35 would feel more like a little Keepall. If you need the space tho, why not?

A Samorga is a must to me in my LV bags, whether my NFs, my Speedy or my Neo Noe. I just don’t do black pits. I need slots and pockets so that things don’t just flop around in the bottom.
