Speedy 30 and 35 - Size difference

Do you guys know if an A4 file like that http://www.vskrems-lerchenfeld.ac.at/arbeitsmaterialien/anlautbilder/ordner.jpg would fit in a Speedy 30? Or only in a 35? Would the file be to big to lie on the bottom so it has to lean sidewards (like the spine on the the bottom of the bag)?

And additional question: can you fit more stuff into a Speedy or a Large Noé?

^^ An A4 file won't fit in a Speedy 30. I have to roll my papers up to fit them inside it.
