I am debating buying the speedy 22 new, but also am considering buying a used speedy 20.
Does anyone have both and feel like posting a comparison of them next to each other and what each looks like worn?

Are you referring to the LOuis Vuitton Speedy bags? If so, I thought it only came in 25 and up. Please correct me if I’m wrong. I own both in Red monogram and Damier Ebene and I love them both for different reasons on different days.

Size 20 was only around for a few years then it stopped. The 22 looks plump with soft black pillows! Would love to see more pictures of it should you choose that!

I was about to purchase the Speedy 22, however, it made me think how I own too many black bags already, to invest in another one. Also, although the shape is iconic, it hardly adds anything functional to my modern lifestyle, like an outside pocket for my phone per say...

I don’t want to be an enabler, but I asked and they’re releasing it in more colors at some point!!! So I’m going to wait and see which :)

I am just here to say I got the black speedy 22 this past weekend and I am so deeply in love. This is my first Louis bag (I have a black empreinte Victorine wallet) so I may be blinded by my first Louis love but this bag is sooooooooo magical. The chain adds a little edge, the bandouliere strap is so comfortable, and the lambskin is to die for!!! So I vote for the new one - the size of the 22 is literally perfect.

I can take better photos tonight but here’s a few of my new baby

So pretty!!! I am going to wait it out and get the 22, I heard coming in other colors!!

... indeed the black one is stunning... light, supple and luxurious... a versatile bag because of the straps.... the thick crossbody strap is comfortable, and the golden chain is elegant... I saw myself taking it on my travels, where I need a comfy crossbody for my valuables during the day, and an elegant bag for dinner out... imho the size is nice too...
