Speedy 20, worth it?

Stopped by the boutique today hoping to see an Azur Croisette in person but no such luck. Also wanted to see a Speedy 25 in person since I don't own any Speedys and keep going back and forth on it. I did like the size of the 25 but felt it was a bit bulky to use crossbody. Then I saw the Speedy 20. I loved the size and thought the zipper opening was actually bigger than the 25 because it goes a bit down the sides. I was pretty bummed that it only came in monogram print. So, at a price of $2030 US, is it worth it?

It also comes in all black leather. The empreinte print. I love it. I’m considering getting the monogram one. It’s just the perfect size bag. I love my speedy b 25 as well. I got my speedy 20 when it first came out before the price increase so I paid less. I will say it’s a forever bag and you’ll definitely get your use out of it :)

I kind of feel like it would be a forever bag. I think I was always hesitant with the bigger speedys because of their size. But the 20 seems perfect. I just saw that it comes with two different color straps. The one I saw was the bright pink but now that I saw the black/pink strap, it's making me want this more.

Yup. I have it in mono/black strap. So easy to wear, lightweight, looks great, great size. I also have the lol speedy bb which is about same size as 20 without the extended zipper. Extended zipper is definitely a plus. I also have a 25 regular and 25 speedy b. Those are great as well but I’ve been wearing the 20 more.

I recently got the speedy 20 with the black/beige strap and I absolutely adore it!!! I love it more than my nano, it’s still cute but it’s way more functional. I bought a vachetta strap from Amazon and I prefer it over the guitar strap tbh as it’s more comfortable. I have a bag organizer on the way as well because I want it to stay structured lol. I think it makes a great everyday bag for carrying all of your essentials. Definitely worth it in my opinion!

Isn’t it already out in the giant monogram empreinte, or will there be a different version?

It is out in an all black giant empreinte already. They had a blue nacre which had some shimmer with silver hardware. It's coming out in bi-color too I think.

But there is the Stardust colors. Vert and beige I think for the 20. Pink for the nano.

I have had so many different versions and sizes of speedys over the decades and only now am happy as I have the 20. Absolutely zero regrets. I use a vachetta strap I bought off Etsy (originally got the black guitar strap).
