Special Order VVN Speedy

I was wondering if any of you who own/have seen special order VVN all vachetta Speedy's could advice me on where I can find the datecode? Also, additional questions in case you might know: Have you seen any VVN Speedy that is not lined on the inside? Any VVN Speedy with LV logo on both bottom corners?
