Special Order Love Bracelet Closure

Hi! Has anyone tried to special order a love bracelet that has the same locking mechanism as the pave versions? I had two love bracelets and developed an allergy after many years of wearing them. I sold them and quite miss them! Would like to order them with a different closure. I tried to special order a platinum love bracelet and after asking for a follow up on if it was approved or not I gave up asking. I just recently realized the pave version has a different closure so curious if I could special order that instead.

I would think this is not possible as they don’t have a mold for it, but in order to confirm, you would have to contact Cartier.
