Special Order existing hard sided piece?

I am wondering if anyone can answer this question before my SA, can I redo the liner and add custom trays to a hard sided piece I have? Thank you PF community!!!

The answer I received was that I can redo the lining but I cannot do custom trays since it's not a special order piece. I think it's BS.

WOW. Surprising. I though that they are more flexible with hardsided pieces. But at least they'd do the lining.
