Special Edition Aldo Cipullo For Cartier

I am really wanting a love bracelet, but can't stomach to pay their new crazy prices. I read somewhere that the vintage Aldo Cipullo for Cartier is reasonably priced. Does anyone have it? Where can they be found?

I saw one a while back at auction. If I recall correctly, it went for $4000 Canadian plus 35% (taxes & auction fees)

There are two Aldos... one was solid gold and most probably the one to go for $4k. I think the one OP is looking for is gold-plated and popular/sold in the 70’s. I’ve seen them on EB, TRR, etc. for $250-$1100... Considering one myself, interested in any personal experiences (no shame in having one, come share with us!)
