Spare Parts- Handle Keeper for Keepall Duffle

Hi there everyone, I am wondering if it is possible to order a handle keeper (the mini strap that looks like a belt and keeps the handles together) from LV, I lost mine and I called the 866 number but they have informed me that it is not available from them to order? Something about going to a boutique to place a replacement order.
Any idea on how much this costs??? I called my local boutique and they said they don't know the price - so much for being well informed! Is it even worth going to them now to get one....? is eBay my best bet?

I would call a different store that is more helpful! They can look it up in the computer and tell you the price. Some SAs don't want to waste their time so they will just say they don't know. But I'm positive they can order you one!

I keep being told that I need to go into the store and ask the service/repair department for bits and pieces. Apparently the sales department don't have access to spare parts anymore.
