Spare Bag Parts

Hi, I don’t know if this thread has been covered, couldn’t find it if it has. I’m looking for 2 gold Babouska studs to mend my 10 year old tote. I emailed Gucci Client Services and they have asked for proof of purchase which I no longer have due to it being so long ago and several house moves in between. Has anyone come across a place that sells spare parts? Thanks in advance
