Spacer Ring/Band - Where To Get One??

Hi all,

I am looking into getting a spacer to separate my wedding band and engagement ring to prevent them from scratching as my wedding band will likely be a pave diamond band... any ideas as to where to get one? I am looking for a thinner one, most likely going to be 1.0mm because I want it to be as invisible as possible. Preferably platinum.
