Spa results - really disappointed

I sent my vl drag bag for spa last August and the bag wasn’t ready until April this year. Finally got it today and the results are beyond disappointing...I thought Hermes spa could do wonders??? Am I out of luck? Paid 800 for no improvement essentially pics are after and before(taken in Hermes store)

I was expecting that the stains would be cleaned up and the handles as well. However the handles feel really rubbery and the stains stay pretty much the same...

General spa+stitching up one of the corners+Gluing the handles...

Yes.This is my first and only Vache Liege bag and honest have no idea how it spas...

I think Vache Liege is a natural untreated leather so darkening on handles and stains/dark spots can't be removed. I'm not too sure though, maybe someone else can chime in!

An adult cowhide, this is a natural grained leather. It has been stated on this forum that the leather is stretched in 8 different directions. Apparently this process gives the leather its rigidity, which is why its touted as being as durable as box. The two-tone effect is a result of a 2 dye process. The grain makes this leather scratch resistant, but care must be taken in avoiding deep scratches. The 2 tone effect will be difficult to regain with deep scratches.

Maybe Doc may know more about this type of leather and how it spas

I was taken aback too...but then the SA told me that it feels rubbery because of the lotion... I’m not sure how it could taken them 8 months and turn out like this.
