I just bought my south bank besace last month (its been sitting inside the box) until recently took it out to use (nice weather). When I’m about to leave I notice a scratch on the brass one side (where the strap handle is). Talked to an Sa online and said that I have to bring it to the store. Unfortunately I don’t live any close to LV store. She said that it will scratch if it got hit by a hard object! But my bag been sitting inside the box
