Former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland attends MTV’s Xbox party at the MTV headquarters on Thursday in Sydney, Australia.
“So many people have asked myself, Beyonce and Michelle the questions about another Destiny’s Child reunion and I don’t know when that is right now,” Kelly explained to Take40.
“Everybody is basically dibbling dabbling in their own things and I’m excited about it as well and supportive of each other above anything. And I think as long as that support system is there then everybody really has nothing to worry about. We’re forever friends whether people see us singing songs together or not.”

i have seen several performers use them i think it's so when they are dancing and walking on stage their legs don't jiggle as much

yeah....that has to be the going look for performers......If I am wearing a skirt THAT short, I'd definitely not be wearing pantyhose because it probably would be 90 degrees out. Bare legs and sandals......much better.

I can't see the average girl going for a look like this and pulling it off. The superstars with high priced stylists seem to think it's makes fashion sense to wear shiny tights under short shorts but ... I'm not into it. I can understand wanting to cover hairy legs or cellulite but this is hardly a stylish solution.
