it's the first time i've heard of this brand (to think they've been in the market for 10 years) and i haven't read much about it online too. i was wondering if anyone could shed light on bag wear and tear? i really love the look of the Bolt Bag, but im wondering if it's worth it. again, i can't find any reviews on it.

I believe Sophie Hulme's bags acquire quite a bit of patina. They proudly posted an example on their IG a while ago:

I'd say if you'd prefer your bags to look new for a long time, this brand would not work for you! :)

Bumping this.

Sophie will be shutting her business down at the end of the year due to ill health. Such a shame as I feel the brand was really beginning to pick up, I love the simplicity and quirkiness of the bags.

I do own a Sophie Hulme bag that is about 3-4 years old. I have been thinking about getting the bolt bag, I think now that the brand will be shutting I will pick one up before it does. Anyone else own a bolt bag?

I absolutely love her Albion totes line! I have wanted one for so long , I think i will finally pull the trigger now that her brand will shutter down.

Could you please post pictures of the bag you have? and a mini review if possible?
Thanks in advance x.

I also love the Albion. I was so sad to hear that she's shutting down and that she's suffering. She has great designs and the quality of her bags seem beautiful. I also want to add an Albion to my collection before she shuts down.

Did you end up picking up a Bolt? I have been eyeing the smaller size recently and finding out she's sadly closing up at the end of the year will probably prompt the buy...

My mother has a 3 yr old crossbody from Sophie hulme and I can easily say that it’s the best bag in her collection (and that woman has a bunch of Dior and Prada bags). It’s held up so well, the stitching and the quality of the leather are so beautiful, it’s genuinely so gorgeous that I finally pulled the trigger and bought a large pinch bag for work. I cannot wait to use it and I’m deeply saddened by the fact that she’s closing up shop.

Just discovered the brand wayyyyyy too late.
If you have any tips on where I could get my hands on the large black knot bag, please tell me. I'm obsessed.

Where are you located? Myer (an Australian department store) seems to still have Sophie Hulme stock not sure of the bag you are after specifically though.
