Medium flap in Caviar and it's my first chanel.The service was good, no complains.I was sure was getting the jumbo but it didn't look good on me.I also tried the timeless small tote but wasn't comfortable, i felt the straps were too short cos one was falling off my shoulder.Here is a picture of my new baby
