Sonya Dakar vs. Mario Badescu

Which do you fellow members prefer?
Sonya Dakar's Drying Potion (MSRP $25)

or

Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion (MSRP $17)

They both claim to clear up pimples over night, and apparently they are every celebrities secret weapon.

Is it BS or do you think they really work?

Mario Badescu is amazing. I have been using his line since 2003 and my skin has never looked better.

There is a whole thread in the beauty bar about everyone's favorite products from his line and the drying lotion is definitely at the top of that list.

I have never heard of Sonya Dakar.

I know a ton of celebs use MB. I started using MB after a friend of mine that is a publicist told me about the line.

Mario Badescu works, but only on certain kinds of pimples. It won't work on all types of pimples every single time, kwim? I haven't tried Sonia Dakar, because it's more expensive and it basically contains the same acne-fighting ingredients, plus some essential oils. There is also a copycat version of Mario Badescu that you can buy at Ulta for ~$8. It's harsher on the skin than MB, but it does an ok job.
