I won and paid for a rare though inexpensive collectible on June 22. Item was marked by the seller as sent on June 26. Yesterday I messaged him asking for tracking as I hadn't yet received the item. I received his response this AM--a desperate plea that I not leave him bad feedback (as he hadn't yet sent the item) and a promise to send me a gift along with my item. Yeah, he deserved a lecture and I could've gotten angry, but it just didn't seem worth it. So I wrote back telling him that this was the first time I'd ever been offered a bribe on Ebay and a big sack of money sounded like a suitable gift.
