Sometimes it pays to be loyal

Will the message get back to the store? Sometimes I wonder if things just sit with the corporate office but never reach the individuals unless of course it's a complaint.

I would like to second that it DOES reach store level. Coach is actually a good company for things like that. In fact, I was lucky enough to get recognized by a customer and I was rewarded by Corporate really promptly! It was one of the nicest things that has ever happened to me when working in retail. :biggrin: I encourage everyone to write good things about stores and not just bad.

For those of you worrying, there is no new return policy -- still no time limit. I do know that some stores will get cranky without a receipt if the item isn't current, but they should still accomodate you (per corporate policy).
