I just got an email from ups that I have a package coming tomorrow from Parsippany, NJ, which is where Tiffany ships from I believe. It weighs .3 pounds. Which would be 4.8 ounces I think...
I recently bought a few things at Tiffany while traveling. One of the items clasp ring came undone. I got a survey and filled it out, and told them that I was having the item repaired locally, but their items should hold up and not break after the third time wearing it! I also told them that I was wanting to buy a particular piece and the sales lady said it was not available, and in fact it was available online, and she could have checked with the other store to see if it was available, or helped me order the item.
Do you think they are sending me a replacement or the item that I originally wanted? The item I originally wanted was not that much. $200. Still they have not offered to assist me online to order the item. I thought the sales lady was not the best not very helpful.
The store manager called and left a message and said the item I bought that came undone she could help me send in for repair work. Well in the survey I said I was having it repaired locally, I hope it is not the same thing I already have since it has been fixed. I am excited to see what comes.

. Shipper says TCO, so excited to see what it is! I would think that they would have contacted me and told me what was coming?
