I lost my hang tag for my large PS1. I have been on the phone all day calling stores hoping it would be in their lost and found. I lost it last week while I was running around Christmas shopping. I called at least 30 places...Gone
Have you tried contacting PS to see if they can replace the hang tag?
I had one of the letter charms fall off one of my Diors just before Christmas and that bag's been sent off to the repair centre for a replacement charm.
