Question: How the heck does one open the key ring part???? It's so damn hard, and I even called a boutique SA to try to get a tip. I've been trying and trying and can't open it.

Um, hold the LV logo part with your left fingers (touching the logos), hold the latching part with your right fingers, and pull the latching part to the right and then up.

I'm a lefty so I do this other way around.
